Article 1 – Definitions

Profile: A User’s public listing on the platform, including contact options and background information.

Pinuno Network: Pinuno Network’s online platform, managed by the Pinuno Network Team, which connects organizations and leaders via pinunonetwork.com.

Partner(s): Organizations or service providers (natural or juridical persons) who have joined Pinuno Network to be visible on the platform.

Applicant(s)/User(s): Organizations or individuals who use Pinuno Network to discover, contact, or connect with other organizations or leaders.

Request: Any message, inquiry, or contact submitted by a User through the platform.

Online Platform: Pinuno Network’s digital platform where organizations and leaders can list themselves, share their background, advocacies, best practices, and contact information.

Article 2 – Applicability

2.1. These Terms of Use apply to all interactions and use of Pinuno Network by Users.

2.2. Deviations from these Terms are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by Pinuno Network.

2.3. Pinuno Network may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 3 – Purpose of the Platform

3.1. Pinuno Network is a platform solely for advocacy, networking, and sharing best practices. It is intended to help organizations and leaders find like-minded partners, share knowledge, and connect with those seeking partnerships.

3.2. Pinuno Network does not provide services, partnerships, or guarantee collaborations. Users are responsible for their own interactions, agreements, or collaborations with other Users.

3.3. Pinuno Network is not a party to any agreements or communications between Users and is not liable for actions, omissions, or disputes arising between Users.

3.4. Users must provide accurate and current information when creating a Profile or submitting a request.

3.5. Pinuno Network does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any user-provided information.

3.6. Pinuno Network does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may temporarily disable it for maintenance or updates.

Article 4 – User Conduct

4.1. Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and for advocacy, networking, and knowledge-sharing.

4.2. Users must not submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

4.3. Pinuno Network reserves the right to remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Article 5 – Termination

5.1. Users may terminate their account at any time by requesting deletion from Pinuno Network.

5.2. Pinuno Network may suspend or terminate a User’s access at any time, without notice, for violations or at its discretion.

Article 6 – Intellectual Property

6.1. All intellectual property on Pinuno Network, including software, graphics, logos, and content, remains the property of Pinuno Network or its licensors.

6.2. Users may not copy, modify, or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Article 7 – Personal Data and Privacy

7.1. Pinuno Network collects Personal Data to provide and improve the platform. This may include:

  • Name, email address, phone number, organization, and other contact details.
  • Profile information shared by Users.

7.2. Usage Data: We may collect information on how the platform is accessed and used, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

7.3. Cookies and Tracking: Pinuno Network may use cookies and similar technologies to improve the platform. Users can disable cookies, but some features may not work.

7.4. Data may be shared with third-party service providers only to facilitate platform functionality.7.5. Users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their data as described in the Privacy Statement

Article 8 – Applicable Law and Disputes

8.1. Philippine law governs these Terms of Use.

8.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations, internal dispute resolution mechanisms, and/or mediation between the Parties in an effort to reach an amicable settlement. Resort to legal action shall be considered only after such efforts have been exhausted. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of South Cotabato, Philippines.

Article 9 – Final Provisions

9.1. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.

9.2. Only the English version of these Terms of Use is legally binding.
